Charter Brokerage -- Air Cargo Associates is the oldest and most trusted charter broker in North America. Since 1978 we have completed thousands of successful charters to points around the globe. From a Cessna to the AN-124 we have chartered every type of aircraft carrying every type freight including machine parts, aircraft engines, livestock and exotic animals, to nuclear fuel rods and high profile passengers. Our customers include freight fowarders, Fortune 500 companies, relief agencies, government agencies and militaries, and sports and entertainment properties. ACA maintains a worldwide network for sourcing aircraft and potential backhauls. ACA has developed an in house computer quote program. This program gives price indications for any charter. This is particularly useful for qualifying a customer's needs as well as analyzing multiple scenarios without alerting carriers to your intentions. ACA is ready to respond to your charter needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Airline Representation -- ACA provides operational airline representation to airlines utilizing ground handling companies instead of their own staff. ACA represents the airline from an operational standpoint ensuring smooth operation, from arrival of the inbound flight to passenger check in to departure. By having an advocate present during each flight you can be certain that your needs are met. ACA supervises all aspects of the turn around and assists your crews and operations people liaising with all subcontracted service providers to ensure smooth, efficient, and on time service.
